In Wade Phillips’ book: “Quest to restore God’s House” He does a good analysis of the Spurling’s era in the establishing the Christian Union. It is hard to read as I did a poor job of photographing and transferring to my files. You may need to magnify it to read. I agree though not totally in his analysis.

I think you’d have to take a less fuzzy photo of that for it to be readable with magnification.
