I fully disagree with it.

Not really. No man is infallible ! Although some might think they are. At the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow !
-
It is as unbiblical as the office of “pope” itself.
-
Anyone who ever believed this to start with should now see the error of their ways after listening to this pope. ?
-
The pope said that you don’t have to be Christian to get into heaven.
The pope also said not to spread the gospel.
Thus, it is impossible for the pope to be infallible. I’d go as far as to say that those statements make the Catholic Church itself non-christian.

Mark 2:17b – “[Jesus] came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance”. Why call God a liar by claiming to be infallible yourself? Is Francis not still in a sin-corrupted body? He is, and he must follow Master Jesus. If someone in the Church is admonished for sin (then in front of another witness or two, so that everything will be established with two or three witnesses), and then in front of the whole Church, and if that member of the body of Christ still will not turn from his sin, then the body of Christ must shun him, unless we are named with his wickedness and so we can shame him into returning to Christ when he sees that Christ’s body disregards him (but not as though he is not a brother; and in fear, unless we should follow his unrighteous action).

Only an incredibly arrogant man would ascribe such infallibility to himself. Papal infallibility is a joke, and worse, it’s anti-Biblical.
-
Not only is it a lie from the pits of hell. Moreover, if you study church history and the actions of the Popes and hold to infallibility, you are either blinded by idolatry or a devil yourself.
-
The papacy is a fraud from hell.
-
The Pope is a brother, no more. Christ alone is infallible
-
Praying for all people to be brought to the truth by the power of God’s Spirit.
-
Seems to me we have over 30,000+ in fallible churches outside of the Catholic Church they all believe different things that claim to come from one Spirit
-
It’s a freaking joke.
-
That contradicts Ephesians 2 that says we are saved by grace and not by anything we did, so that nobody can boast…. Here is a joke (in good fun only): How come the pope can think he is infallible? Because he is not married! 🙂
-
only when speaking ex cathedra on matters of faith and morals ( soI was taught ! )
-
What Catholics don’t understand is the Word of the Lord is rich in meaning (within right context and Hermeneutics) and applicability. The Spirit reveals Himself in many ways to different people and it is amazing. But why would Christians expect them to understand this? They are busy being robotically controlled by one man.
Secondly, to limit the reading of Scripture according to one oragnization’s structure is to limit the Lord Himself.
God is sovereign and if He sovereignly wills one passage to have many amazing revelations from different angles then who are we to question that?
RCC, however, is very clearly Unbiblical.

Okay, I think I see what’s going on here.
Catholic declaration: “The pope is absolutely infallible according to the Catholic definition of ‘infallible’ rather than everyone else’s definition of ‘infallible’, because it pertains to dogma.”
Let me see if I understand this concept from the point of view of the Roman Catholic Church. So, IF the pope makes a decision on dogma that is not a contradiction of previous dogma but rather a first decision about something… THEN it is a decision of dogma that contains, by default, absolutely no error.
Definition of “dogma”: a principle or set of principles laid down by an authority as incontrovertibly true.
For example, the dogma (set of principles laid down) of
“Part 3 Section 1 Chapter 3 Article 3 in the Catechism of the Catholic Church” is deemed to be inerrant and infallible where it mentions “The all-holy Virgin Mary”. It reads as follows:THE CHURCH, MOTHER AND TEACHER
2030 It is in the Church, in communion with all the baptized, that the Christian fulfills his vocation. From the Church he receives the Word of God containing the teachings of “the law of Christ.”72 From the Church he receives the grace of the sacraments that sustains him on the “way.” From the Church he learns the example of holiness and recognizes its model and source in the all-holy Virgin Mary; he discerns it in the authentic witness of those who live it; he discovers it in the spiritual tradition and long history of the saints who have gone before him and whom the liturgy celebrates in the rhythms of the sanctoral cycle.https://www.vatican.va/archive/ccc_css/archive/catechism/p3s1c3a3.htm
Furthermore, the dogma (set of principles laid down) of
“Part 4 Section 1 Chapter 2 Article 2 in the Catechism of the Catholic Church” is also deemed to be inerrant and infallible where it mentions
“Mother of Mercy, the All-Holy One”. It reads as follows:2677 Holy Mary, Mother of God: With Elizabeth we marvel, “And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?”36 Because she gives us Jesus, her son, Mary is Mother of God and our mother; we can entrust all our cares and petitions to her: she prays for us as she prayed for herself: “Let it be to me according to your word.”37 By entrusting ourselves to her prayer, we abandon ourselves to the will of God together with her: “Thy will be done.”
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death: By asking Mary to pray for us, we acknowledge ourselves to be poor sinners and we address ourselves to the “Mother of Mercy,” the All-Holy One. We give ourselves over to her now, in the Today of our lives. And our trust broadens further, already at the present moment, to surrender “the hour of our death” wholly to her care. May she be there as she was at her son’s death on the cross. May she welcome us as our mother at the hour of our passing38 to lead us to her son, Jesus, in paradise.

Is that what you mean? If so, I believe the pope would not be infallible even there.
-
If he were to have a wife, he would immediately realize his fallibility.
-
If you look at the meaning of infallibility, it means a person that is without error in the matter of faith and morals. If you are saying the Pope meets the definition? I don’t think so, because today, he differs from what Jesus taught in the moral area. Compare what Scriptures say. There is only one mediator between man and God and that is the Lord Jesus Christ. The Pope has a title like the King/Queen of England. Just a high praised title, the same as any human, someone God died for. The Catholic Chruch can’t say what Peter and John said once, “Silver and Gold I do not have” to the beggar, they just preached Jesus. Look at the history of the Catholic Church. You sure can’t work your way into heaven. Most denominations have a leader (President) but they don’t say they are infallible and don’t come to be. No one can forgive sin except God, no man no matter if they came to be a chosen one.
-
Pope is not infallible only God is infallible, if the pope pretend this one we can call blasphemy
-
The pope is a man. He’s not infallible.
-
Yeah it’s nonsense and idolatry.
-
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
The pope is just a man, flawed like the rest of us.
-
Ludicrous
-
Yes. it’s a manmade tradition with no biblical support, and much evidence against it.
-
A lie.
-
Only God is infallible in all matters of doctrine. We are talking about a concept that really only came into existence during the medieval church, probably in the decades following the Great Schism, and that wasnt really defined until the 1800’s
-
Heresy
-
-
Here is a great book on early church history.
-
Religious tradition is false teaching since these religious groups don’t go by the written Word of God from the Scriptures. We need a written standard from God Himself, not from imaginations of humanity.
-
It’s a fallable doctrine.
-
The Catholic Church is Mystery Babylon
-
Came from argument of augustine in 4th century about one bishop who surrendered hia Bible in times of persecution if that bishop stil have the authority to baptized after he surredered his faith in times of trial , Augustine aswered “the authority of the bishop came from the church not to the people, his character even is evil will not affected in his calling, once a bishop always a bishop,
-
Greatly misunderstood by my Protestant brothers and sisters. 1: The conditions are that he has to be speaking in the area of faith and morals. 2: He has to say that he is speaking ex cathedra level. 3: He has to say that he is speaking this to all of the universal church. There can be decades or even a century at a time between ex cathedra declarations. And this does not mean a pope cannot be rebuked privately like doctor of the church St. Catherine of Siena or publicly like a few years ago in a dubia by four cardinals. Last, it is never a public revelation. Catholics believe that public, infallible revelation ceased at the close of the canon. Papal Infallibility is considered a “negative protection” and is infallible interpretation of the public revelation in the deposit of faith.
-
Nonsense
-
This sight is about defending our faith in Jesus Christ, not about papal fallicy.
-
It’s unscriptural and total blasphemy in God’s eyes!
-
-
almost never.
-
The worst sort of clever men are those who knew better than the bible. The bible says only God cannot make mistakes, only God is holy. As simple as that
-
“For all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God…” Rom 3:23. “There is none righteous, no not one…” Rom. 3:10-12
-
Yes they have been wrong too many times to qualify as being infallible.
-
Stop this non nense “papal infallibility” even their bible is misleading with additional books that teaches purgatory, sorcery, praying for the dead… etc. All these wickedness is infalliblity?? What!? i don’t mean to be rude but we have to take courage to stand for the truth. Oh and by the way i was once a catholic but thank God now i am saved by my only Lord and savior Jesus Christ!
-
Only the Bible is infallible..
-
We must learn to differentiate between Comparative Religion from Apologetics.
-
We trust in the Councilor Jesus sent to lead us in the way of all truth Jn 14:16 otherwise no way catholicism could have existed this long , through and despite the failings of many of its supposed adherents ( a miracle in its own right ) with 266 BIshops of Rome ( Popes ) directly tracible through 2000 years of written history Starting with Cephas ( Peter ) . And the gates of hell shall not prevail against it Mat 16 : 17-19 .. Its how we catholics see it guys – despite our interpretational and sometimes doctrinal differences we’re christians all in the river of salvation together ?
-
Simple. He isn’t. Didn’t you see him slap the person who was rough with him the other day? He apologised. And those three popes who were vying for power back in the middle ages (before Luther tore the Catholic church apart – long overdue), swapping wives and stealing money? Far from infallible.
