Deliverance Or Devastation
Deeper Thought Ministries (YouTube)A message of deliverance and redemption is the message of Christ, but without understanding exactly WHAT and WHO we were delivered and redeemed from the message has no appeal.
Hell has been desensitized by its misuse as an explicative in a profanity rant, neglected in preaching and teaching by prosperity preachers, and soothed in consciences by an overload of love and tolerance.
Satan and the Devil have been desensitized by a cartoon red man with horns, a tail and a pitchfork…none of which is accurate. The scripture says he is our adversary, like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Part of that devouring is through the deception of a modern day church preaching that prosperity and tolerance. Society pushes and the church gives ground without a fight. So now the church accepts anything and everything without conviction and rebukes those who would stand for truth.
I don’t speak for all churches. I speak concerning those who have fallen prey to false doctrine. Those that call good evil and evil good, not understanding that according to the prophet Isaiah, have had a woe pronounced upon them by the judgement of Almighty God.
Without having preached the balance of sin and consequence along with the fullness of His love the message is incomplete and Christ is no more than a name written with ink on a page. His love will be always taken for granted and he will never be honored and revered as he demands and deserves.
Sin and Hell are the only reason he suffered what he suffered. To save us from both and to bridge the gap to full fellowship and relationship with God.
The gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. But, make no mistake, every man will taste of that gift. But, not all will taste of it with God. There is an eternity in a place of suffering and torment and Jesus testified that “…the worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched.” “There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
Salvation comes by no other name than Christ Jesus the righteous.
REPENT before it’s too late. Repentance is not being weak. But, rather, repentance is what makes every man and woman strong! God’s arms are open wide and His ear is inclined to hear that repentant prayer. His love is greater than any situation you may face, His peace is greater than any fear. He won’t allow that blood to be shed in vain. Be sincere and seek Him and His righteousness. He won’t turn you away. Don’t wait.
Much love to all.
Be blessed in Jesus’ name.
