Future Church of God General Overseer Hallie Louticious Chesser was born in Levy County, Florida, on September 15, 1898. First elected as an assistant general overseer during a brief time when assistants served over regions of the United States of America, he served as the Northwestern regional assistant general overseer from 1944 to 1945.
