When talking to Muslims on the street that sometimes comes up about the reliability of scripture which is easy enough to explain but I have never thought about it the other way, the reliability / unreliability of the Quran. If anyone can explain that would be helpful?

I’ve tried to talk to some muslims. Not very conclusive yet but I’m praying for that.

Yea, one Muslim man was here in this group. He try to use tough vocabulary but seem to stuck in some point without plainly explaining, plus he try to dig others while trying to cover his hole, and he is not a gladiator he ran from the ampithetre. I didn’t chase him.

I can’t believe I am the only Christian on this planet who truly understands Hebrews 10:25. Cyberspace is not church fellowship. Both Stanford and USC believe the coronavirus is NOT more dangerous than the common flu. Shutting the church down is not based on science, but is based on the utter hatred towards God.

You should never tell a Muslim that his religion or the Koran are wrong if you want to convince them that Jesus is the only way. You can only show them Jesus & how much He loves us. They will just shut down in the same way that we as Christians shut down when other religions try to foist their beliefs on us. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

When I had a pretty girlfriend who was the daughter of the Indonesian consul who required me to study the Qur’an for more than 5 years, and I tried engaging discussions with many Muslims about their beliefs but they are ignorantly avoided the issues…
Or perhaps, they have no valid argument.Example 1:
They believe that the “trinity” is composed of Allah, the Son, and Mary but they cannot explain this in a clear manner.Example 2:
They talk about Jesus who they claim is a prophet but not the Son of God because “Allah never had a Son” and “cannot have a Son” but they cannot explain who he came from and who sent him to come down from heaven.Example 3:
They have this teaching of “TAQĪYYAH” in the 28th verse of the third sura (chapter), as well as in Sura 16 verse 106 where they are allowed to lie about their faith just so they can get their intended result. Persecuted Christians never denied their faith and they died for what they believe in but Muslims are allowed to lie about their beliefs.Example 4:
Mohammad is considered their prophet but they cannot explain what prophecies he made and which of them were fulfilled.There are hundreds of questions that I have profounded to them but I never got any valid arguments.

Sadly Islam is a man made religion which has deceived 1.3 billion Moslems.

It was conceived by the nomadic Bedouin from Arabia who borrowed heavily from the old and the New Testament and gave their own twist to make it strict with no room for grace.Most of the Moslems are sincere in their search for the truth and devotion to so called Allah who is a man made moon deity from that region around the time of Mohammed.They are not allowed to Question it nor are encouraged to read the Quran in any other language other than Arabic.

So growing up as a Moslem we had to read and recite the Quran in Arabic with zero understanding/comprehension.

Please pray for them that the Lord would open their eyes to the saving grace of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ otherwise they would never know the truth.

The only way to discuss anything with a Moslem is to be prayed up and rely on the Holy Spirit to reveal Christ to them and yes never get into an argument with them trust me you’ll never win.They know how to twist the scriptures and attack Christian and put them in defence.

I was good at doing that myself.Just point them to Christ from the Old Testament like the book of Isaiah how he was prophesied and how it was fulfilled.Dont try to show them that there Quran is wrong and all that stuff that comes in by the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

I have and i won multiple times…all tho I wont call it a debate as more it was a discussion. but the thing u have to remember is that Muslims have a lot of pride in there faith and always try to start and argument. So its important ask them if they want to have a discussion to share beliefs or show me how wrong christian believes r. because if it the latter, dont waste ur time. it will only lead to disaster and draw them even more closer to the belief out of shear stubborness. And TRUST ME, we will arrive now where.

Yes. It’s simple. The Quran affirms the Bible is the Word of God. And the Bible says the Quran is false. So, if the Quran is right, then the quran is wrong!

Yes, very friendly and encouraging listening to them talk about their beliefs. They are all about peace, forgiveness and loving the rest of the world thru islam, … all sounds nice, until you mention Jesus and Israel. Then all hell breaks loose; like satanic mardigrass movement.
Certainly they are full of their god as i am filled with mine.
