How did you come into the Church of God?

It would be interesting to hear how everyone came to be a part of the CoG.

Personally, I came in from a Methodist background about 25 years ago. Before I came into the CoG I was exploring my calling in that denomination. Way back then, the progressives were gaining momentum. I also had developed some doctrinal differences, like infant baptism. I had started attending a CoG youth group and attending evening services for a few years leading up to this. The mentor I had at the time and I agreed that God was calling me to move over to the CoG, and I have been here ever since.
