I attend a small COG. Six were present last Sunday….

I attend a small COG. Six were present last Sunday. The worship is contemporary “Hillsong” The pastor preaches progressive sanctification. I do not let those things hinder my worship. I yield to the Spirit in manifesting the gifts. We had a very good worship service last Sunday as is normal!

The church is physically surrounded with old fashion COG people in the neighborhood. The church has a membership of well over 200. It should be a full house if COG people came.

The pastor plays a guitar and is limited to a few chords, so he says. I told him I did not like the songs but that will not hinder my worshiping God. Means, methods and traditions don’t affect my worship. I would draw the line on fog machines!!! 😉
