If Jesus sinned, his death means nothing.
It’s wrong to just blindly assume he didn’t sin.
What’s the evidence that he was sinlesss?

His Resurrection

Well you had a society of priests watching him trying to catch him in any of the sins banned under Moses, so that has to count for something.
-
You’re correct! If He sinned, His death meant nothing. He did not sin. His death means everything ?
-
Name a sin he committed, ill wait ?
-
He was born under the law and lived out a perfect life.
-
Who else could you judge by that standard? Who could u drag into court and demand proof from that he has never sinned? What kind of proof could anyone possibly provide, other than perhaps evidence of being in a coma?
-
He came to fulfill the Law
-
It clearly states it in the Bible.
-
What sin did He commit?
-
Jesus is God and God cannot sin. He is the only perfect lamb that was sacrificed for our sins. Because God is holy, righteous and true, and He can do nothing inconsistent with Himself, we come to the conclusion that God cannot sin. Since holiness, righteousness, and God’s other perfections are who God is, if God were to sin, He would cease to be God.

Such statements are complications of imaginations, without Scripture references. Its a provocative suggestion which closes direction in terms of faith based believers who have reliable references without bias.

Hebrews 4:14-15 (ESV)
14 Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. -
Wow…Lots of Troll today……Block and move on !!!
-
The evidence that He didn’t sin is that He was and is God it’s not rocket science
-
his resurrection is testimony………..if he was not sinless his death would mean nothing. His would be payment for his sin. Since he had no sin……he could take someone else’s punishment.
Through one man, sin entered the world… THROUGH one man sin was defeated

“I find no fault in the man” – Pontius Pilate

Oh, we don’t blindly assume. We confidently know Jesus is Holy and without sin. The Bible says He was tempted in every way as we are (Hebrews 4:15). Yet, He did not sin. That is why we are also able to resist temptation, when His Spirit dwells within us, we have the same power to defeat sin in our personal lives. He who knew no sin became sin, so we then might become the righteousness of God (2 Corinthians 5:21). I know it’s difficult to grasp when our desires are so strong to do what is pleasing in our own eyes, and what is acceptable to this world. But I pray one day you have such a mighty love encounter with the Lord, that your heart is softened to Him and you realize how much He wants to be apart of your life. These encounters instantaneously quicken our spirit. We recognize just how Holy and righteous He is that all of what is enmity between us and Him is instantly revealed and we can do nothing but surrender in awe of His awesomeness. He is quick to forgive those who turn to Him and repent.
And, though I can’t give you physical proof you can see with your eyes, all I can offer is this:Every man who has sinned, defends their actions/behaviors as though the consequences or penalties they pay for their mistakes are not deserving. Jesus neither sinned nor did he fight the penalties brought against Him (death). Not only did He die, but He defeated death by rising from the tomb three days later. He willing went to the cross…for you. He loves you!

Pilate said , I find no fault in him! His wife said I’ve suffered many things of him in a dream, have nothing to do of that just man! The centurion watching him die said, Truly this was the Son of God! He was as a Lamb without blemish and spot! He was in all points tempted like as we are yet WITHOUT SIN!!! If any man sin, we have an advocate with the father, JESUS CHRIST THE RIGHTEOUS!!!
-
The consequences of sin is death. He defeated death by His resurrection therefore, He had did not sin.
-
Duh He was God in the flesh… Read the Bible.!
-
? The Bible.
-
Jesus was resurrected. A sinner cannot resurrect themself. Therefore Jesus was sinless! Your question has been answered. I score 100 points. Now can I have the category theology for 500 points please?
-
He rose, witnessed by over 500 witnesses and apostles who went to torturous deaths proclaiming it
-
he did not break the 10 commandments thats all that means!!!!!!
-
He BECAME sin who knew NO sin SO WE MIGHT BECOME HIS RIGHTOUSNESS 2 Cor. 5:21
-
Unless you have evidences that he was sinful, we know that he had no seed of sin in him. He was no link to the sinful Adam.
-
“Which of you can truthfully accuse me of sin?”
John 8:46 NLT -
If you think Jesus sinned, take your chances to the grave.
-
HE DIED AS A SACRIFICE. IN O.T NO IMPURED ANIMAL IS TO BE KILLED FOR A SACRIFICE.
-
Honestly it doesn’t matter. If he sinned, we’re all screwed. What are you going to do about it?
But the Bible says he didn’t. That’s good news. -
The Bible says it .
-
What’s the evidence that he did sin?
-
The resurrection justified Jesus.
-
Wages of sin is death and the grave had no hold over Him … He became sin for us and gave up His spirit to death but up from the grave he arose like a might conquer o’er His foes. Sinful men stay dead ?
-
Hmmm the epistle to the Hebrews said He knew no sin.
-
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.

Is Jesus’ testimony sufficient? “Which one of you convicts Me of sin? If I speak truth, why do you not believe Me?” John 8:46 (NASB)
-
So you blindly assume He did sin?
-
He is God

The Bible

2 Corinthians 5:21

His resurrection…

1 Peter 2:22
2 Corinthians 5:21
Hebrews 4:15
1 John 3:5
Isaiah 53:9 -
if he sinned he wouldn’t of died on the cross for sins , no brainer there !
-
The resurrection. If he had sinned, then his death would have atoned for His sins alone. The resurrection proves that his death paid what we all owe to the Father for our sins, and his sacrifice was deemed acceptable to the Father as a lamb without blemish.
-
If He sinned then that means you believe He’s not the savior, never resurrected after being crucified, and therefore you believe Jesus was talking nonsense in John 11:25 and John 14:6.
-
In the whole world, so many and milions people trying to find Sin in JESUS,
But they can’t. ?
But after that, thay got salvation through Jesus only.U can also try. ??
-
Jesus is sinless, if he were sinful, then what he said about His death, His resurrection, would not be possible because a mere sinful man, would not back up His claims of that and resurrection, only God and a truly sinless merit such deed. Same goes for on His identity, when Jesus said to the man, your sins are forgiven, and He was questioned by the religious leaders that only God can forgive Sins, but Jesus said, which is easier, to say to a man his sins are forgiven or ask him to get up and walk (the man was lame), and He did both.
Have you ever seen any man claimed to do that He did? Only God can do that, and if He is God, is God sinless? Yes.
-
You’re joking right ?
