    Yes. A church is a body of believers. In our world we think of the actual church buildings. But its actually the people inside. I have seen many strong churches that are held in schools and daycares but didn’t have a building per se.

    As long as there is worship & fellowship there is church.
    Again a church is not a building.

    Yes. Now it is certainly a necessary to engage with other believers, because the believers are the church. But as long as the word is preached… online church is still church.

    For a short time it is fine to do online services. But the bible tells us not to forsake the gathering together of the saints. ( only in Catholicism does saints have to be dead. In christianity they are those who are made righteous by GOD.”

    Online or a physical building – these are simply a medium for the body of Christ to express our love for Christ. Church so in essence is the people not the medium.

    The word is not limited nor is faith or true fellowship. It may be slowed down a bit but not fatal if weas alive in tbe first place. The real barrier is our sinful human hearts that will use any and no reason not to believe. That is always the biggest leap.

    The people are the church, the body of believers are the church. Doesn’t matter if they meet online, off-line, or on the moon. You are always the church, in every season out of every season that is what you are. Exclusively and indefinitely.

I’m not saying do your own thing like teaching a service at your house lol you need to be guided by an expert like your Pastors there needs to be an authority.     I struggle with that too, but we know at least that worship is in spirit and in truth. Requires no building. But the gathering and ministering to each other and seeing to each other part… I don’t know.

    It’s you and it’s me no matter where and how we get together, online in the air, or in the building.
    The actual matter is how much you are willing, what is your intention.
    To whom you want to glorify?

    I think the implied question is if we continue the way things are now can we fulfill the Lord’s command to meet together teach the word and make disciples? What if things don’t change for the next 12 months or two years or five years? I think that is a fair question.

    It’s important how the church meets and functions though. Online services are ok for now but are not an adequate substitute for what Jesus meant
