Is it possible to see things in the spiritual realm that others may not?! The closer you get to the Lord, the more you allow the Holy Spirit to move in your life..do u believe that God can (for a lack of better words) open your spiritual eyes to see spiritual activity?! What say you?!

I have seen demons and not because I wanted to .. I opened a door through witchcraft in my past. But once I broke free from that I guess after all I went through God was loving as to let me see an angel. So I have seen both. But a lot of Christians still don’t believe in the supernatural or the spiritual realm being visible to us even though angels appeared before people all the time throughout the gospel. It’s okay though. I don’t share too much on having seen those things.. it’s really just an intimate thing between Jesus and I. I think he sent the angel to show me who’s protecting me after the demons I was seeing. He shut my eyes to seeing the darkness and I’m forever grateful.

I do know that a lot of people who commit suicide are seeing visibly and audibly hearing the things I saw and heard and since they don’t know Jesus they are taking their lives to escape it. Had I not known Jesus and also had he not shown me the angel so I knew I was safe I may have been one of the ones who ended my life because I was so scared and felt like I was going crazy. He truly rescued me.

Closer the end of this world God does reveal more to those with Prophetic eyes.

  4. Alex Wong says:

It is possible but only few can do it.

  5. Stan Wosnicki says:

You might not want to see what can be seen.

  6. Christopher Brynestad says:

It’s possible, but it isn’t dependent on getting closer to God. King Belshazzar was in great sin when God wrote on his wall. Abraham, Isaiah, Zachariah, Peter, and many others were just doing their thing when God revealed something to them. God will reveal things when He chooses and to whom He chooses.

  7. Thomas Dobbins says:

Umm… Back all this up with scripture please..

Tricia Laboy, Yes God can open up the Spiritual realm, That’s why He has given us the three revelation gifts in 1 Cor 12. The word of wisdom, the word of knowledge and the discerning of spirits. God reveals those things to our spiritual eyes.

  10. Andre van der Sandt says:

Every creature reflects a different facet and understanding of the Creator.
EVERY creature, whether “saved” or not.

This is why each one of us will receive a white stone with our new, secret name written on it (Rev2:17.) I believe that this new name will have something to do with our understanding of God, and our purpose in Creation.

You have to experience then say

  12. James Steve Mazuran says:

Just make sure to use your gift to spread the gospel, and save souls!!!
Also I know in general, a veil is being lifted and we have much more energy in the atmosphere which allows these things to be seen easier.

I believe more and more will be seen by many.

Anyone can literraly grab a smartphone and video recordingcord or take photos of energetic orbs. No joke. Very simple. Very real. Not dust at all.
Flying energetic orbs, even my cat followed one on video.

These are just phenomena of Gods creation though. Nothing spiritual at all to be revealed from them. And I have Gods completed word, which Paul says is a more excellent way.
Everything but the word will pass away. Gifts, prophesy and all.

  35. Franks Biblestudy says:

I was in a Church that focused on spiritual experiences and on spirituality, the focus was on the contents of the book “The Three Battlegrounds” by Francis Frangipane, the book is good but the way the pastor interpreted the book to a focal point of ministry and scriptures that supported it. I don’t totally disagree with the doctrine or the content but to make it the main point of ministry about demonic spiritual strongholds was out of place and overly emphasized. There would be behavior observances by the Pastors and leaders and this amatuer diagnosis of what you spiritual stronghold is or might have, was the flavor of the day. I got tired of this tension and superiority of who knows more about this spiritually, like setting up a disease and a few having the cure. I am all for deliverance, don’t get me wrong, but everything that went wrong was attributed to the Jezebel Spirit, Leviathan Spirit, or whatever lust of the flesh you might have. I do believe that those spirits play a roll in other realms of high places of demonic powers but those are national level strongholds. I have gone through a deliverance myself and prayed over people that were delivered, but sometimes the demonic strongholds got to much credit when it was you the whole time. The gift or office of prophet goes hand in hand with this focus point, it may in some instances fall under false prophet. So many false prophets today, almost like Christian witches. When their prophesies don’t come true it seems like everyone gets a case of amnesia, never holding accountability to lead people astray. I have seen and heard people say that they seen this from God and heard that from God, this is very dangerous ground to lead people into falsehood and tolerate it. IF IT DOES NOT LINE UP WITH SCRIPTURE, then it should be critiqued and analyzed with the Word of God. If this does not happen then a false prophet can and will lead you anywhere they want in the name of God and Jesus. Apostles are over prophets. 1 Corinthians 12:28 ” And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues”.
The reason is that the 12 apostles were eyewitnesses of Jesus and have authority of the Christian doctrine in which they wrote the New Testament, prophets and prophecy is predicated on the Word of God, is what the Apostles wrote inspired by the Holy Spirit and eyewitness accounts. Prophets are subject to the Apostles which now is the scriptures we hold today. If prophets are out of line, we refer to what the Apostles wrote, “scripture”. If it doesn’t edify God, Jesus Christ, or the Church, is highly questionable.
