(Jesus said:) “And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’” (Mark 9:47-49)

The people that minimize hell do it with carnal thoughts. Let me explain. Their faith is shakey they have doubts about if they are truly saved and also find within themselves desires still alive to the fact that they want to continue in the wicked sin they so love. So what they do is search out the scriptures looking for a way to deceive themselves into thinking the eternal punishment that awaits them is not really as bad as Christ has taught them it will be. Therefore they fool themselves into thinking the sin in which they practiced is okay for if they do go to hell it won’t be that bad.

I know this all too well because looked very very hard at the beginning of my transformation to find any justification of my sin and found none. Then I looked tirelessly to see if there were any way possible if i went to hell it wudnt be as bad as i had read it wud be. I came to the conclusion it was going to be worse than anyway i cud imagine. Then i became convicted and God showed me just how much i loved my sin. Over the past 6 years God has slowly turned my love for sin into hate and my hate towards him into love. God changed my fear of going to hell and being eternally punished to a fear that i never wanted to be separated from Him

So, does your church have a guillotine at the front door??

When I believed God I entered in His kingdom. Heaven is guarantee; why should I care about the business of hell? I preach to sinners to bring them to the kingdom not to scare them from hell. We don’t attain heaven by FEAR but by LOVE

Hell here is Gehenna, the lake of fire, not Hades.
