Monday: Day two of Jesus’ final week:
Matthew 21:10-19, Mark 11:12-18, Luke 19:45-48
Sunday night Jesus spends the night in Bethany, arrives in Jerusalem something on Monday morning and enters the temple. For the second time in three years Jesus clearers the Temple, this would have been the entire area on Mount Moriah including all the precincts and courts. He could not tolerate such gross perversion of the Temple.
In reality the atmosphere was more like a bazaar than a place of worship. The blind and lame came to Him to be healed.
Jesus left the Temple and returned to Bethany for the night.
