She is the mother of Morgan Buckner and Katie Lockman, members of the Department of Business and Records. The following are arrangements: May 3, 2024: Visitation, 3:00 – 5:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 5:00 pm. Both conducted at Waterville Baptist Church.
