   He allows without the approval of and if He was to deal in just judgment all of us would of perished. There is none that does good no not one. There are none who seek for God.

   Well, I do believe that God doesn’t cause nor desires for anyone to sin, but my question for you is, If God, prior to His creative decree, foresaw Adam and Eve would sin, and it did happen that they sinned yet God is omnipotent enough to stop that, how would you call that “will” of God that lets it happen? Or do you believe God didn’t know prior to His creative decree that Adam and Eve would sin?

   I agree. He does, however, compensate for the evils in this world. It’s why He knew from the beginning that He’d give His son.

   I’ve re-read your post and it looks like we are in agreement anyway, you might have just thought that I’m trying to refute you. I think the key here is that God, as a result of His decree to give us free will, implies that He “passively allows” evil, yet He “actively authorizes” every possible means to minimize and finally eradicate it

   God created Adam and Eve they owed their allegiance to their creator for without him they would not exist. He gave Adam “man” one command not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The only way for God to test mans allegiance to himself was to give man freewill, the freewill to obey or disobey him. To keep allegiance with him or break allegiance with him. For man to exercise his freewill in this there needs to be a choice, a choice to obey or disobey. That choice came in the form of a commandment which God gave to the male man Adam he being the head of the human race. Adam passed that commandment onto Eve his wife. Up to the point of the satan entering into the serpent there was only one voice that mankind had heard the voice of God. Eve was the weaker vessel because she had not received the commandment directly from God himself but from her husband Adam. Eve is then persuaded by satan that Gods reasons for giving the commandment were not true, according to satan God didn’t give the commandment to protect mankind from death he gave it because he didnt want mankind to become like him, the suggestion from satan was that mankind would become like God if he ate and God didnt want mankind to become like him. satan was saying look you could be so much more if you just ate the fruit God commanded you not to added to that he’s lying to you for you shall not die. The commandment was really this “Do not sow the fruit of this tree into your flesh body for if you do you will surely die” and the spiritual fruit of the tree was knowledge, knowledge that had been forbidden to mankind for good reason because mankind was not created to be able to handle having that knowledge. For mankind was not created with the helper present within him which is the Holy Spirit of God. Man was a spirit being living in a flesh body and he possesses a soul mind will and emotions that are attached to his spirit. When man sowed into his flesh that which God had forbidden him to, man corrupted what God had created him to be. Adam is the seed of all mankind even Eve came from his body. The rest of mankind will come from Adams seed, Adams seed is created by his flesh body but Adams body has been corrupted by the forbidden spiritual knowledge that he has sowed into it. As all mankind come from the original seed Adams seed they are born corrupted by the same forbidden knowledge that was in Adams body. Eve sinned to yes but she has no seed with which to propagate that corruption. Remember the commandment was given by God to the male man Adam. This is why the Apostle Paul lays lays the blame for sin and death entering into the world squarely with one mans disobedience “Adam” in Romans 5:12 and then through to verse 19 and the judgement of death passing upon all mankind because of this one mans disobedience. In verse 19 we are told that this one mans disobedience caused all men to be made sinners, it depends on what translation your using, KJV says “by one mans disobedience many were made sinners, and so by one mans obedience many will be made righteous” but this is not not the best translation, most other translations say “by one mans disobedience “the many” were made sinners and so by the obedience of one “the many” shall be made righteous. the disobedient man being Adam the obedient man being Jesus Christ. But again I dont think even this translation brings out the full thoughts behind the Apostles meaning for not everybody is made righteous by the obedience of Jesus “yes they can be” but just like Abraham their righteousness will be dependant on their believing of Gods report about his son. I would write the verse this way “For by one mans disobedience “the many were made sinners and so by one mans obedience “many” shall be made righteous. It is true that can be made righteous but it is also true that only some will. Studying these verses in Romans it is clear that one man is responsible for the ills of the world for sin gaining entrance into it, for once it entered into him the rest of humanity will be infected by it as they are all born of his seed. Notice Jesus was not born of mans seed but of Gods. Jesus is called the seed of the woman simply because he did not come from mans seed, Jesus flesh body came from a virgins egg and the seed of God which fertilised that egg supernaturally via the Holy Spirit overshadowing her. Why is it that a man has to be born again? The humans first birth comes via the flesh, it is mans seed from his flesh body penetrating into the woman’s egg and fertilising it that causes conception to take place. That which is born of the flesh is flesh. When we are born again we are born again of a different kind of seed the bible says this “being born again “of incorruptible seed” why do we need to be born again of incorruptible seed? Because our first birth was from corrupted seed the seed of fallen man. The seed we are born again of is a spiritual seed, “that which is born of the Spirit is spirit note upper case and lower cases of the spirit used here referring the the Holy Spirits work in our spirit man. The spiritual seed that we are born again of is an incorruptible seed it comes to us via the world of God, Jesus said “my words they are spirit and life” we here the gospel and the Holy Spirit is right there when we hear it. If the word is received in our hearts when we hear it that word is Gods seed that is sown into our hearts it is a spiritual seed. The word of God is spiritual seed and Jesus himself is the word of God that is sown into our hearts for the gospel is about him and it is his Spirit thats comes and lives and abides forever according to the word of God. This doesn’t necessarily mean that when the word of God if heard will be accepted. If rejected then there can be no benefit it must be planted and remain to bring forth fruit. The ground “the heart” must be ready for it so the ground must be good ground. That word can be stolen away immediately by satan, or it can be sown into the heart and produce fruit but even then the fruits growth can be effected by the cares of this world or by the offence that persecution brings because of it. God has given us the power to become the Sons of God and those that walk by the Spirit capital S are the Sons of God. The key is learning to walk by the Spirit or after the Spirit which speaks of being led by the Holy Spirit. Grace and Peace in Jesus name Alan.

   Understanding not intervening in sin is accordance with our free will to do so. As a result of our sin, we experience Gods wrath in the form of pestilence, natural disasters, diseases such as AIDS for sexual immorality.

   The issue is FREE WILL. Because God gave us the gift of free will he allows us to sin. However, this does not mean that he doesn’t hold us accountable.

   I think this is causing too much unnecessary disagreements. Let me give you an analogy then. I wouldn’t call them “decree” nor “will” but rather just “Decision A” and “Decision B” then I’ll let you call them what you would want to call them

   One day, I brought my son to a park then advised him not to run so fast as he might stumble and get wounded. Knowing my son is currently on his disobedient stage, I knew he wouldn’t obey me, so as expected, he ran as fast as he could, stumbled and got wounded. I have the strength and speed to prevent it from happening yet I didn’t to let him experience the consequence of his disobedience. In short, I let my son disobey me yet I didn’t desire his disobedience nor the consequences of that disobedience to happen to him, I only did so to teach him a lesson. Let’s call this Decision A

   Once we got home, I asked my wife to treat our son’s wounds and prepare us our dinner as it’s my desire for my son’s wound to heal and for my family to enjoy dinner. Let’s call this Decision B

   So in your own terms, what’s your label for “Decision A” and “Decision B”? Whatever those are, they should conclude these disagreements

    I’ve reviewed the threads here and all you did was to disagree and claim that you’re being misunderstood but refused to either answer questions to/or clarify your position, so you’re not contributing to resolve these disagreements and you seem to be happy seeing useless disagreements. This is then no longer edifying for the group, so as a moderator, I would have to turn off the comments section if this continues further

    So let me ask you questions again:

    – On my recent comment, do you agree that God has those types of decisions (A&B)? If so, what do you call those?

    – Do you believe that God knows what “will” happen in the future?

    – Do you believe that God knows what “would” happen in the future had He actualized things differently?

    – If you believe that God knows what will and would happen in the future and He foresaw something He didn’t truly desire to happen but lets it happen? What do you call that decision?
