QW has a very important post active. My dad loved God and was a very good Shepherd. He never encouraged me into the ministry, he knew more than I. I had to find out myself. But when heading to my first church in Missouri he stood my car and said. "Do not go in debt, God's people will feed you, and NEVER hint that God said something unless you KNOW IT! AND YOU will KNOW IT!" He didn't have to explain, he had told me many times. "Remember when you were squirrel hunting and at times you would stare at something thinking, hoping it was a squirrel many times it turned out to be a knot, BUT remember when you did SEE a squirrel you KNEW it no guessing.
Once my nephew a good pastor was suffering from Leukemia, A leading NC Evangelist prayed over him and said loudly, "YOU are healed you can take that to the Doctors!" The boy died in three weeks. I approached the Evangelist about that. His answer, "He is completely healed isn't he?" I said yes, he is, but the impression I and his family got, was physically healed and you also said he would carry the Word around the world. Many good things can be said, but unless they are from God, it can be said in all faith but unless it is KNOWN should not hinted.... Just an old man's opinion.
