People often accuse God of sin. But is God capable of being inconsistent or disagree with himself is thw same question.

  3. Michael Hile says:

If He did not have the ability to sin, the Devil would not have tempted Him.

  4. Gerg Keyco says:

No. As God he cannot go against his nature. His nature is to not sin. So he was unable to.

  5. Steve Davies says:

Hebrews 4:15 We have a chief priest who is able to sympathize with our weaknesses. He was tempted in every way that we are, but he didn’t sin.

  6. Brian Lally says:

No not possible for a perfect God to sin even though He experienced the awful menacing presence and persuasive force of the tempter. Jesus never entertained the devil for more time than was necessary to recite scripture. From
Birth to death Jesus face was as a flint towards Calvary No looking back.

  7. Madison Willoughby says:

The Bible describes many ways Jesus expressed the human side of Himself. There’s no reason to think He couldn’t have sinned if He wanted.

  8. Erin Huminski says:

No He could not have sinned.

  9. Den Collins says:

He actually prayed “not my will…”

Clearly the human side of Christ had a will that he suppressed for the will of the father. Yes. He could have rebelled (sin).

  10. Steven Wells says:

    Free will

  11. Darrell Hendricks says:

Jesus as God the Son could Not sin. Who would He sin against ?. He CANNOT sin against Himself…..ALSO He could not sin against the Father as He shares the same Divine Nature as the Father…..with the Father. Jesus is….was and will Always have a sinless Perfectly Holy Divine Nature. ✝?
