Group Tackles ‘Crisis of Leadership’ With Global Leaders Event
A staggering 90% of Americans believe the nation faces a “crisis of leadership,” according to a faith-based organization that’s staging a one-of-a-kind global event in October to show people how to “lead like Jesus.”
“We’re seeing a lot of bad leaders in every sphere of society,” said Rich Cummins, president and CEO of Lead Like Jesus (www.leadlikejesus.com), citing studies that found 61% say they work for a bad boss and 38% of new CEOs fail in the first 18 months on the job.
