Recently at the ministry center we received reports of two children that suddenly passed away. One was the nine month old son of a noted minister and the other a two year old granddaughter of one of our faithful ministry partners who often volunteer for the ministry. When we receive this type of news, the first words that we ask ourselves is, “Why?”
The Word of God is filled with laws, commandments, instructions and admonitions. It also answers many spiritual, judicial and moral questions as outlined in the principles established in the Scripture. The Bible does answer many questions, even questions from a practical perspective. However, there are times when there is no answer to the questions, “Why didn’t God prevent this?” or “Why did God allow this?”
