Dr. Harold Bare, pastor of the Covenant Church in Charlottesville, Virginia, the city where racial violence occurred over the weekend, spoke on Wednesday at the memorial service for Heather Hyer, who died when a self-proclaimed white supremacist rammed his car into a crowd of protesters.
What do you think of the ministerial title “Bishop”? Why did COG start using it?
I would like to think of this forum as a “safe-space” for people who love the COG and yet are disappointed with the present condition of the denomination. It is a safe haven from prosecution and persecution.
