How They’re Using Kids to Force Digital ID on Everyone
The mark of the beast doesn’t start with a mark. It starts with this…
Digital ID.
Digital ID is central to a system of digital currencies and tokenized assets.
It’s essential to any effort to take away a citizen’s anonymity so you can surveil every transaction they make.
And of course, surveillance is a prerequisite to controlling every buy and sell transaction they engage in.
So how do you convince a skeptical public to go along with digital ID?
Some governments engage in strong-arm tactics… If you want a bank account, submit to the biometric scan. If you want a job, comply with the digital ID requirement.
But other governments are taking a different approach.
A trojan horse approach.
Forcing Digital ID Through Manipulation
A trend has emerged in Western societies – one akin to a trojan horse to implement digital ID.
What are they doing? Well, first of all, they don’t call it “digital ID”; they call it “age verification.” And second, they don’t demand compliance. Instead, they appeal to human emotion.
It’s “for the safety of the children,” they say. “Don’t you care about the children?”
Here’s how it works…
In the interest of “protecting the children,” they require digital age verification for various online activities, whether it’s using social media, watching restricted videos, or downloading specific apps.
Verifying a person’s age has to go beyond easily bypassed gateways such as “enter your birth date,” which any child could simply lie about. Therefore, the age verification process must use biometric data to “protect the children.”
Facial recognition. Retinal scans. Fingerprints. And/or uploading of already biometric-compliant digital ID credentials.
When they sell it as “protecting the children,” most people go along with it. After all, who doesn’t want to protect children from online predators, bullies, or inappropriate content?
So most people say, “Yes. Protect the children!”
And that’s the trojan horse.
Because you can’t require age verification for minors only. By definition, in order to make sure a minor child is not engaging with restricted content, everyone must be age verified.
And that means EVERYONE must comply with the age verification process, creating a default digital ID in the process.
It means everyone must allow facial recognition, retinal scans, and/or their fingerprints to be uploaded in order to access the Internet.
As that happens, nations and corporations scoop up our biometric data and attach it to the profiles they’ve already built – profiles with mountains of information detailing every aspect of our lives.
Different Countries and Companies, Same Trojan Horse Approach
It’s no coincidence we’re seeing this same approach moving forward in different countries and with different companies all within the same short time period.
It’s not part of a public outcry for greater child protection. It’s part of a global scheme to trick the public into compliance with digital ID.
Don’t believe me? Just look at these examples:
Australia
As Reclaim the Net reports in “No ID, No Account: Australia’s Great Digital Purge“:
“Australia’s new digital ID requirement for social media users is already reshaping the country’s online environment.
Meta revealed in a Medium post that it has deleted nearly 550,000 accounts that may have belonged to users under 16.
The total includes about 330,000 Instagram profiles, 173,000 Facebook accounts, and 40,000 on Threads.
The law, which took effect on December 10, requires ten major online platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and Twitch, to verify users’ ages using government-issued ID or face penalties of up to $49.5 million AUD ($33 million USD).
While presented as a measure to protect minors, the policy effectively establishes a digital ID system for social media participation. Users who refuse to provide identification or biometric data lose access, and their accounts, along with all photos, messages, and stored information.”
Under Australia’s digital ID requirement, if you don’t upload ID or biometric data as an adult, you can lose access to your online accounts.
New Zealand
In New Zealand, a bill to ban social media access for those under the age of 16 is on the cusp of passage. As The Guardian reported last year:
“New Zealand’s prime minister has proposed banning children under 16 years old from using social media, in an effort to protect young people from harms such as exposure to violent content and cyberbullying.
Christopher Luxon said on Tuesday the draft law would force social media companies to verify users were at least 16 before allowing them to create an account, or face fines of up to NZ$2m ($1.2m).
The proposed ban is closely modeled on that of Australia, which sits at the forefront of global efforts to regulate social media.
Australia passed landmark laws in November banning under-16s from social media – one of the world’s toughest crackdowns on popular sites such as Facebook, Instagram and X.”
Notice the language used here – “at the forefront of global efforts to regulate social media.” Are you in favor of global efforts to regulate social media?
The European Union
In the EU, they’re pushing for similar legislation. As the BBC reports in “EU Needs to Delay Social Media Access for Children“:
“European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has proposed a ‘social media delay’ for children in Europe and has said new legislation could be put forward in months.
She told an EU summit in Copenhagen that an expert panel was due to come up with steps on how to protect minors online by July.
Several countries in Europe and around the world have already introduced social media bans for minors, and von der Leyen did not rule that out.”
But the EU is going a step further, targeting virtual private networks (VPNs) as well. As ZeroHedge reports in “EU Going To War With VPNs In Bid To ‘Save The Children’“:
“Last week, European Commission Executive Vice-President Henna Virkkunen suggested that Brussels may need to address the use of VPNs to bypass the EU’s upcoming age-verification systems. Speaking during a press conference on the EU’s new digital age-verification app, Virkkunen acknowledged that users could circumvent the system with VPNs and stated that preventing such circumvention would be among the ‘next steps’ policymakers need to examine.”
Government bureaucrats don’t want you doing anything without their permission, and the Internet is ground zero for the free speech they hope to eliminate.
Discord
As The Guam Daily Post reports, “Discord Adopts Facial Recognition in Child Safety Crackdown“:
“Messaging platform Discord announced Monday it will implement enhanced safety features for teenage users globally, including facial recognition, joining a wave of social media companies rolling out age verification systems.
The rollout, beginning in early March, will make teen-appropriate settings the default for all users, with adults needing to verify their age to loosen protections, including content filters and bans on direct messaging, the company said.”
Under Discord’s plan, adults need to verify their age. See why this is a trojan horse?
Meta is in on it too, as TechRadar reports:
“Age verification for sites, apps, and devices is fast becoming the norm as regulators look to protect children from potentially harmful content — including content on social media. Now Meta has announced new ‘age assurance measures’ for teen users, and predictably, they are powered by AI.
Specifically, the system will use contextual clues associated with a profile (such as mentions of birthdays or school grades) together with a ‘visual analysis’ to help figure out how old a user is.”
But, of course, Meta claims it’s not “facial recognition”:
“We want to be clear: this is not facial recognition,” says Meta. “Our AI looks at general themes and visual cues, for example, height or bone structure, to estimate someone’s general age; it does not identify the specific person in the image.”
Do you believe that? They can call it whatever they want, but a camera is scanning a person’s face, and A.I. is analyzing it. What else would you call it?
Apple
In compliance with UK law, Apple is implementing age verification for its UK users. As Modernity.News reports:
“UK iPhone and iPad owners updating to the latest iOS 26.4 are now confronted with a stark choice: verify you are an adult by providing a credit card or scanning your ID, or accept automatic web content filters that restrict access.
The message users see states clearly: ‘UK law requires you to confirm you are an adult to change content restrictions.’
Those who do not confirm their age – or are found to be underage – have web content filters turned on automatically.
The government-appointed communications watchdog Ofcom welcomed the development, calling it ‘a real win for children and families’ and noting the UK would be ‘one of the first countries in the world to receive such restrictions on their devices.'”
Notice that last line. “One of the first countries.” This isn’t intended to be a UK-only requirement. They want it everywhere.
What’s at Stake
Ultimately, governments will roll out digital ID for two primary purposes:
1) To Monitor Financial Transactions
Digital ID will be a means to verify the identity of anyone using central bank digital currencies (CBDC), stablecoins, and/or tokenized assets. All these digital financial instruments are fully programmable, meaning they can be programmed against you. They can literally control your ability to buy or sell.
For example, under The Genius Act here in the United States, all stablecoins must comply with the following:
“All stablecoin issuers must possess the technical capability to seize, freeze, or burn payment stablecoins when legally required and must comply with lawful orders to do so.”
This means stablecoins, like CBDCs, are indistinguishable in both capability and function from the mark of the beast system.
2) To Surveil Every Aspect of Your Life
Digital ID will also be a means to track everything you do on a daily basis – what websites you use, social media postings, who you associate with, where you shop, what your daily routine is, and more. To a degree far beyond what most people imagine, this is already happening. Digital ID simply centralizes all the data governments and corporations are already gathering, while taking away the last vestiges of anonymity.
This is how they keep you compliant – by taking away your power. Here in the United States, then presidential candidate Nikki Haley proposed making a digital ID necessary to post Internet comments. Again, they don’t want you doing anything without their “permission.”
In the end, digital ID isn’t about what’s best for you – it’s about what’s best for government. By centralizing all information associated with you as an individual, it streamlines their ability to surveil and control your life.
While the dangers of a digital ID system to freedom and liberty should be clear, the public pushback is barely noticeable. Why? I believe the reasons are many, including ignorance, naivety, and outright exhaustion when it comes to fighting back against these types of intrusive government measures.
But one of the reasons is how they’re selling it. Like most government programs, the language used to describe digital ID is the exact opposite of what it is.
They call it “privacy-preserving.” They say it “gives citizens control,” or it will always be “voluntary.” And of course, the biggest trojan horse of all – they claim it’s “to protect the children.”
Until the rollout is complete, they’ll use this type of language to assure the public. Then, once the system is fully rolled out, they’ll shut the door to the digital prison, and no one will be able to escape.
They’ll say it was “for the children.” It was never for the children.
From the beginning, it was all about digital control.
How to Escape the Beast System
Keep in mind, digital ID and the digital system they want to implement is NOT the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast requires the arrival of the Antichrist, the false prophet, and the seven-year Tribulation. And we’re not in the seven-year Tribulation right now.
However, this digital system DOES lay the foundation for the mark of the beast system we read about in Revelation 13. It creates a system effectively the same in terms of controlling who can buy and sell:
“He required everyone – small and great, rich and poor, free and slave – to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name” (Revelation 13:16-17, NLT).
Eventually, everything will be in place for the Antichrist and the false prophet, and all they’ll have to do is flip a switch to implement the beast system.
So how do you avoid all of this?
A lot of people ask me questions about how to escape the coming beast system. Often, what they’re really looking for is a way to circumvent the digital system in this world.
That is, they want me to say, “Buy XYZ, move to XYZ location, and you’ll escape the digital system.” But they’re rolling out this digital system on a global basis – you won’t be able to escape it here on earth.
The reality is this – you only have one way to escape from the beast system that will roll out during the Tribulation.
And your escape is Jesus Christ.
If you know Jesus, He promises to keep you from the Tribulation:
“Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world” (Revelation 3:10, NLT).
This underscores the importance of having a born-again, personal relationship with Jesus. He’s the only way to escape not only the Tribulation (assuming you’re reading this before the rapture of the church), but more importantly, Jesus is the only way to be reconciled with God.
So make sure you understand the Good News of Jesus Christ.
In the meantime, the stage is being set for the mark of the beast, and it’s just one more sign Jesus and prophets pointed to.
It means Jesus is right at the door (Mark 13:29).
