The “Word of God” is the seed that produces “New” life in us.
Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, because all flesh ”mankind” is like grass and all its glory , the grass withers and the flower drops off , But the “Word of the Lord” “Divine instruction, the Gospel” endures forever. And this word is good news which was preached to you. A seed is described as a plant part produced by reproduction that contains the embryo and gives rise to new a new individual. In flowering plants it is enclosed within the fruit. There is enclosed in each born again believer an imperishable seed “Word of God” that is ready for us to give birth too. 1 Peter 1:23-25 Amen!
