I do not hate you. In fact, I forgive you and I know God and the congregation of this church forgives you as well!
Wonder why god never stops things like this. Back in the bible he would kill people for little things like making fun of a bald guy, making graven images, not impregnating your widowed sister in law, trying to build a tall building, not circumcising a child, etc. Now he apparently lets people burn down churches, blaspheme and all manner of things that would never have flown before. Odd that.
Of course all believers of whatever faith want to meet. Arson, burning down a church can never be acceptable – it’s a criminal act. However, meeting together spreads a pandemic disease targeting overall the most vulnerable in society. It’s tough not meeting up but it’s tougher burying those you love when it could have been avoided. And it’s tougher for a community for a people to buy into a church that flouts laws that save lives.
