   The Bible never claims that everything that happens is the will of God. This is a theological/philosophical invention.

   Verse ? If it is God’s will then everyone who do bad stuff will say that it is God’s will. Bad things happen because people are sinners but for us Christian we can be at peace,rest assured that God is in control. This is what i think feel free to correct me.

   The word sovereign is not in the Hebrew or Greek it was added to a bible translation by French scholars who had a calvinistic bent.

    Wow. Some deluded folks on here. God us the writer and completer if our faith. Faith is a thing. Jesus made ALL things. Jesus made the faith of the faith full. Death is a thing…Jesus made it. Demons things, angels things, salvation us a thing, as us damnation. Hell, a thing, made before the foundation of the earth. Isaiah 54 Gid says he made light and darkness. John 1 says God makes ALL things. The plan is the plan…no free will, no alternate endings, no coincidence. Only the plan and will of God. Know your Word.

    Just joined this group & this bickering is here also? Soteriology, really? What apologetic value does this have? What building of the saints or witness to unbelievers does this achieve?
