“Before you receive a new blessing from God, you must make a place for it.”
―Charles L. Allen, Healing Words
Remember, some people are just unforgiving.
No matter what you do they will not accept your apology or give grace by giving a second chance.
It’s not you, they don’t forgive anyone.
They go through life as offended victims.
It’s not hard to figure out who these people are. They are consistently miserable. Bent and broken from carrying a lifetime of grudges they become what they think others are: irredeemable.
In spite of your most sincere effort at apologizing and making things right, you will not satisfy these people. There comes a time that you must move on.
The ONE THING for today: Pray for those who will not forgive, but do not become their prey. Life is tough enough without having to carry the unnecessary guilt of other people’s dysfunction.
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
Ephesians 1:7
