Manna in the Old Testament represents sustenance and life. Christ I’d sufficient for all the believers needs.

The church was eating pagan food, but the overcomer is promised heavenly food from above.

White stones maybe a sign of acceptance and guilt less as their was black stones used to condemn in voting systems of the time. The name that only he will know who receives it is probably referring to christ’s secret name. Which cultures viewed by having someone’s name you had authority over them. Secret names then would mean no body would hold power over them. Sorry very quick exegesis with out many resources as I’m in bed. So do correct me if I’m wrong

Dr. Vernon McGee says it better than I can, you can get ThruTheBible app and listen to him explain that the “hidden manna“ the Word of God, the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is our mamma.
The white stones, he explains that in those days, people would exchange stones with people they are close to and write a name on them. Dr. McGee thinks that these stones will be different for everyone.
