You cant pay God back with money

Gods True Teachers and Prophets wont take a dime from you for the gospel.

False Teachers and Prophets will use the old covenant law to extort money from you, while starving you of the Truth of Jesus.

and causing their followers to be cursed.

Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Give according as Christ purposes in your heart, not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a sincere cheerful giver.

if your teachers are part of the apostate church and extorting money from you, and you know it is wrong in your spirit, find a true teacher of Christ.

my True Teacher in Christ is Roger Amabile for 20+ years

    Giving, is good.

  2. Julie Paler says:

    Tithing is not scriptural

  3. Kenneth Prevatte says:

Sure it is. Abraham, Jacob are 2 examples

  4. Mong Santiago says:

Modern tithing, AKA “giving the 10% of your monetary income to your local church” is a secondary doctrinal issue, though it becomes a problem if one forces the other one to believe in the modern tithing view otherwise. Of course, there are extreme views of this that we should reject

If you’re a “modern tither”, don’t be like the pharisee who exalts himself and belittles others who doesn’t tithe like him

If you’re a “non modern tither”, don’t be like Judas who berates Mary for offering the expensive perfume to Jesus

You sure are repetitive in your posting.

  7. Larry Litke says:

Without tithing the Church as we no it would not survive. It’s used to support various ministries that that church offers. That includes pastoral help. Or the church would not exist. I don’t believe in the prosperity gospel and don’t believe a church should overpay help such as pastors

  8. Alex Gehle says:

I’ll give 10% forever. We as the church have to keep the church going

  9. Christopher Keith says:

The 10% had nothing to do with the church but more or less with the spoils of war and giving those to God. So that negates your comment about the law. I also don’t give my tithe always to a church and rather where God tells me. If it’s a church then so be it. If it is an individual then I do that. For me it is more or less giving and loving others because He first loved me. It is showing His love to others through my act of giving.

First fruits / tithing is pre-law. It was codified in the law and ultimately fulfilled in Jesus who is God first fruits.

Tithing is the training wheels of learning to to ride the bike of generosity.

  11. Jordan Paul Hansen says:

Lying is also condemned in the Law…is Jesus ok with this immorality? Tithing was always suppose to be about our hearts…and giving will always be connected to the heart. I like to encourage people to continue to give a greater percentage of their income to the Kingdom.

It will always cost money to do ministry and since we can’t take any of it with us, we should invest it in Kingdom soil while we can…
