When group of Sanhedrin and Sadducess and Pharisees started ?
I don’t see these names in Old testament

I’m not sure, but my guess is you may find that answer in the apocrypha.

It would be unlikely that you would find the term Sanhedrin used in the Old Testament unless you used the Septuagint as they are all Greek in origin. Jewish tradition seems to place the origin of the Sanhedrin in the time of Moses using Numbers 11:16 as the basis for their formation.
The naming of Pharisees and Sadducees seem to have come about in the Intertestamental Period … so for them you’ll also find no mention of them in the OT.

Between the time of Malachi and Mathew to put it crudely. Pharisees and Sadducees are Different denominations of the Jewish faith just as we have different denominations in Christianity with differences of certain beliefs. The Pharisees believed in reassurection as well as traditions of their fathers even if it’s outside the Torah but the Sadducees didn’t believe in reassurection of the dead. A third denomination that wasn’t mentioned in the Bible at all were the Essenes. The Essenes had a communal lifestyle pooling all their resources together and living together, much like the early church before prosecution got them to scatter. The Sanhedrin were the governing council of the Jewish religion much like the governing council or pastorate of a church, they were the religious head and also interface with the administrative/political head (The Romans) on behalf of the Jews on religious matters. You won’t find much. The old testament Jews believed what Christians today believe. The pharisees and those who rejected Jesus had departed from their own faith.
