This is a pretty clear rebuttal.
Acts 10: 9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. 13 Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”
14 “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”
15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”
16 This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.

I often wonder if people read their bibles. Read Acts 15, the entire chapter. The chapter is devoted, entirely to answering the question of what OT laws the gentile believers are required to keep.
Sexual morality laws, yep, all still in place, no blood, yep, idols, yep, and from other verses in the rest of the NT, you can include the ten commandments. The dietary laws, no.

But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons, by means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with gratitude; for it is sanctified by means of the word of God and prayer.

Who did God separate and for what purpose? Who are the people of the promise? The Bible says that the Israelites were set aside by God to bring about the Son to save who? ????all nations????. We find ourselves in Galatians, a letter from Paul who’s writings Peter says are scripture and Paul says the Jews that are trying to make the Gentiles conform to the law are preaching another gospel as if there was one. He said that if you put back on the edifice of the law, the cross is of no benefit to you and that you have fallen from grace. Paul says he wished (ch5v12) that these Jews trying to reach Gentiles to conform to the law ????would emasculate themselves????. In Acts 15 when Peter and the pillars of the church at Jerusalem were pressed about this issue, they as apostles who under the teachings of Christ, the VERY same Christ who promised that the Holy Spirit would come to guide them in understanding and remind them of the teachings of His, they affirmed that Gentiles were not under the law. In fact, when you look to Galatians, you can see the apostles themselves were not under the law as Peter was eating with Gentiles until the Judaisers arrived. Then Paul corrected him by telling him to his face that he was wrong. Paul says when speaking about Jews trying to push the law on Gentiles that they come with another gospel and let them be ANATHEMA (accursed). The Bible already addresses your cherry picking heresy. Keep reading. The story is best understood when read in its entirety.

Lastly, Paul said that the Jews by blood are not even the people of the promise but that those who believe in Christ and that there is neither Jew nor Greek for we are all one in Christ. Those are the ones who walk by faith. Those who walk according to the law walk according to the flesh and they reject Christ’s atoning sacrifice. They are not the people of the promise.
