God is Good ?

Common grace is given to the whole world. It rains for the just and unjust. The sun comes out for everyone. Saving grace is for those God chooses in order to become his sons and daughters.
Saving grace is given to those who will repent of their evil and who will believe in Jesus as savior. That saving grace saves us from an eternity of being away from God. So God has common grace on the whole world giving us all time to repent and to believe in Jesus. -
Close your eyes and take a breath, for this is common to everyone; “so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. (Matt. 5:45). Saving grace is granted to the few; For many are called, but few are chosen” (Matt. 22:14)!

Common grace often refers to the good things in life that God provides to all people, saved or unsaved, like sunshine, rain, food, etc. Saving grace is the grace given feely, without condition that enables an elect person to trust God and be saved from judgment and sin.

Think of the sun. Common grace is it shines its light on everything and everyone, indiscriminately.
Saving grace is different. God does not act like the sun. But when he shines the light of His gospel, He shines the light specifically on certain people only. When they see the light they believe and are saved. -
Common grace is a grace that enables utterly depraved people to not act the full order of their sinfulness. It is grace that all men are apart of, saved or unsaved.
Saving faith is particular to those the Father elects, the Son died for, and the Spirit effectually applies. It’s something only a believer has. It’s the full measure of grace the children of God have as the redeemed.
