2 Thessalonians 2:15 NASB
“So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by letter from us.”

The verse above are often used by Catholics as a proof text or scriptural support for their use of traditions. what are your thoughts regarding this? does this verse disprove sola scriptura?

    It disappro es of addions to scripture zuch as traditions that go beyond what Scripture actually teaches.

    Traditions in that passage would be OT scriptures and teaching of Apostles!
