Question…
What is the position or belief of a Biblical creation, A God, but he is currently removed himself, absent or even dead?
Has anyone encountered that argument?

It is even older. That is the God is Dead idea very popular when Ai was a kid. Old stale stuff. The Deistist posssion of Jefferson’s day often put it that way. God as watch maker who made the watch of what is and then stepped away to see what happened.

Impossible to be dead then he was never God, impossible to create then leave since it is held together by him

God didn’t die, jesus human body was crucified and god raised him up on the 3rd day. He could continue to hold his creation together since God can easily do two things at once

He separated himself from us as a result of our betrayal. Sin has eternally separated men from God.
The only way back is payment by death… Blood ?.
Animal sacrifice only provided marginal atonement, since sin never stopped it wasn’t good enough.
The only blood to reconcile you to God now is the blood of Jesus Christ. And the only way to be present with Him is to be absent from the body. We’re with Him in Spirit only.

I wonder, if to Christians, because our belief relies heavily on a God we have a relationship with through Christ, God by that definition is not absent, neither has He stepped away. In some other worldviews, God is absent, stepped away, not present, because the link which Christianity provides through Christ, is not present either….

The creation as the bible describes will always be correct and true forever, it will not change even you reject or accept it, when you die you will know your stupidity, believing the lies of the enemy of God rather than accepting the truth written in the bible, we are not surprised that many will die of stupidity upon judgment, they are sorry, today you can argue but i dont know if you can still argue with God on judgment day

That’s the deist position. That’s essentially what I was prior to becoming a Christian. The problem for deism, however, is “The Case for Christ.” The evidence for Christ’s deity is too overwhelming.
