Hey guys just for argument sake, ‘Did DINOSAURS EXIST?? , And how do you explain them biblical wise since they date back over millions of years ago, When according to the Bible the world is not over a million years old ?. Let’s hear some theories

Yes there are dinosaurs in the Bible.
Also, the Bible says in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Notice the period?) There is no set time when it was created. -
Radiometric dating. It has some problems. In fact other dating methods suggest they are younger like DNA and other organic molecules found in them and measurable amounts of Carbon 14

How else did the Aztecs and other ancient peoples draw dinosaurs, unless they lived together. The ancient cultures carved and drew only what they saw.

Yes, they did exist. Job 40:15-24 mentions a monster that is believed to be a dinosaur. Also Job 41:1-2,7,12-34. Plus archeologists/palaeontologists have found fossil evidence all over the world.
Because God is outside of space and time, the years may not be the same as years in the lineal way we measure time. We don’t understand absolutely everything and we are not called to. We trust through faith that our loving Father knows- that’s good enough for me. -

The dates in public on the dinosaurs is wrong and they are a product of the fallen watchers messing with animals is my take on it. The fallen watchers messed with humans, animals, and plants.

Of course they existed. The fossil record shows that. It also shows man’s footprints in the same layer of rock.
I heard a Christian paleontologist speaking on the age of the earth and he brought up some interesting points about how the age of fossils is determined. The fossil is aged according to its layers of depth in the surrounding rocks. The rock layers are then aged according to the fossils found within them! So I doubt very much the millions of years being purported by the secular humanists selling that idea.
Also, the flood whipped the dinosaurs out. That part is easily understood when u see ocean creatures and land dinosaurs being found in desert regions all lumped together in the same layers of earth.
Before the great flood, people lived to be 1000 years old. A reptile will continue to grow until its death. If they also lived a thousand years, it is feasible to believe that reptiles could grow to enormous sizes. -
They most definitely did and maybe still do. They existed alongside man in Peru and some other places. Marco Polo saw two apparent Triceratops pulling the carriage of the emperor of China.
Reports of pterosaurs pour in even today and even in America, Cuba and China, but by far the most reports come from Papa Nieu Guinea. There were reports of dinosaurs – apparent Sauropods and Triceratops and Pterosaurs – in the Likuala swamps in the Congo in recent years. More than 80% of these swamps are unexplored, because of extremely uninhabitable conditions.
English farmers killed small dragons on their farms catching their chickens some centuries ago.
Pterosaurs are mostly seen at night and glow on and around their bellies and look a bit like flying lanterns. They were seen breeding in a cave and patrolling rivers for fish. They reportedly often steal corpses not buried deep enough. There are even videos taken of them. Most photos and videos are fake, but one I saw is almost impossible to have been faked. One photo of a pterosaur shot down in the American North/South war has been declared authentic. Another one was fake. -

They were created day 6 with every other land dwelling animals. There’s more evidence pointing to them living alongside people than that they are millions of years old since those dates involve circular reasoning and preset assumptions and speculation

There is no where in the bible where the number of years the world has been existing was specified in fact no one can know when Gen 1:1 hapenened. That is ‘in the beginning’. The bible started from the time God decided to show himself to man…Gen 1:3… let there be light… there could be a gap of years between Gen 1: 1&2 and Gen 1:3. The acheologist are most likely right about dinosaur

Every civilization has them in their folk lore. They seem to cross language barriers, culture barriers, and geographical barriers.Perhaps the dating method is wrong considering dating methods require assumed numbers to begin with ??♂️ and often date things wrong anyways.
Also, reptiles grow according to their environment. Allowing to live in a preflood era with firmament would be like reptiles roaming in a pressure chamber. They would have been huge.
Plus, with recent findings of soft tissue and blood cells throws wrench in the billions of years old theory.

Yes, dinosaurs are real. If the time line in Genesis is literal, then that makes dinosaurs less than a million years old. Dinosaurs existing does not conflict with the Bible. Secular science interpretation of the data conflicts with the Biblical evidence.

The word dinosaur came to be in the late 1800’s. The Bible describes them in the book of Job as behemoth and leviathan. They have found dinosaurs with skin and muscle intact and if dinosaurs existed millions of years ago then skin and muscle would have decayed but since the earth is less than 10000 years old they didn’t decay

they’re easy to explain Biblically. However your premise that they date back millions of years is in grave error since the age of the earth is only about 6024 years. God created all animals on day 6 of creation, the same day He created Adam and Eve. Job walked on the earth as did the dinosaurs at the same time. In one place he described a t-rex or a brontosaurus. In another place he described a fire-breathing dragon. They became extinct not being able to cope with the Ice Age. Millions of years isn’t compatible with the Biblical timeline of Biblical facts. As recorded by Scripture we are obliged to follow what the eyewitnesses authored

You’ve assumed they are millions of years old, based on secular science. Evidence is mounting that they were not more than 10,000 years old. Soft tissue, carbon 14 and such. Christian Research Institute, the Creation Museum, and such have a lot of resources concerning the subject of Dinos in the Bible.

I would say that they existed, however I would question the millions of years dating. I often look at the words of Charles Lyell, who was a confident of Darwin and one of the first on record to push for the acceptance of millions of years, he went on record to say that he believed millions of years should be accepted by the scientific community to unseat the Mosaic Geology as he termed it. Notice, that he didn’t mention that he thought it should be accepted because it was true, but to reject what the Bible says. To me that is a massive red flag and one that simply can’t be ignored. If your starting place is flawed and bias your conclusions will be flawed and bias.

Job is the oldest book of the Bible, and he spoke about dinos and maybe even dragons. Secondly, the earth is millions of years old says who? Carbon dating is flawed and untrustworthy. Thirdly, enough about this dino business – what are you going to do about Jesus and His life, death, burial, and resurrection?

What transpired between Genesis chapter one verse one and two is unquantifiable.
No one can say for certain how the earth that was created, with her contents, lasted before she became chaotic.
This is the reason why I don’t questions the ‘millions of years’ things.
The only issue is if it’s done to downgrade Creation -

Dinosaurs were referred to as Behemoth in the Book of Job 40:15-24

Dinosaurs did exist when the pre-adamites existed…but what took place between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2 is what destroyed everything….so that God had to restore what He originally created in Genesis 1:1…. -
The OP is asking a scientific question.
This is no different to someone asking, how many protons are in an Iron atom.
Therefore, the answer should be academic. People’s interpretation of the Bible (which is not a science book) has nothing to do with the subject

Jesus created the ancestors of all flying creature and sea creatures on Day 5 of Creation. Jesus created the originals of all land creatures on Day 6 of Creation. As geneticists figured out in 1997, creation was 4503 BC. Dinosaurs and humans co-existed until the various different species became extinct. Much of this probably happened soon after the worldwide flood since so few would have survived the event and the resulting Ice Age. Some dinosaurs existed in the 1500s and we have literature, jouurnals, diaries, encyclopedias, statues, drawings, paintings, sculptures, coins,… documenting them.

I spoke to a skeptic who said, “I can’t believe the Bible because it teaches that the earth was created six thousand years ago.” I replied, “Where does the Bible say that?” He said, “In Genesis”. I remarked, “Show me.” Of course he couldn’t show me. He was poly-parroting what he thought that the Bible taught. So many times people reject the Bible because of what they think it says. Often times they have never read the Bible. Unfortunately many Christians don’t know what the Bible teaches, and therefore are not ready with an answer. God invites the thinking reasoning person to examine what His Word does say. “Come now, let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.”
As to the creation of the earth God does not set a date. God says, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1).” This could have been billions of years ago, sometime in the dateless past. In fact, nothing in the Biblical record contradicts known fact. On the contrary, the Bible record gives us an amazing account of how the earth came into being and it’s future destiny.
First of all, the earth was created in the dateless, countless past, then later judged and became void and without form. The seven days in Genesis chapter one were really a recreation of the earth and God making it inhabitable again. In type this is a beautiful picture of the new birth, a new creation where once was all chaos and ruin.
The creation of the original earth was “In the beginning.” It was doubtless a most beautiful earth, covered with vegetation and inhabited with fish, fowl, and animal life. How long it continued in this condition we are not told, but an awful catastrophe befell the earth–it became “formless and void,” and submerged in water and darkness (Genesis 1:2).
It is clear from Scripture that the earth was not void when originally created as seen by Isaiah 45:18. Notice, “For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, (translated “void” in Genesis 1:2), he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.”
Comments on Genesis 1:2 by Dr. C.I. Scofield in the Scofield reference Bible say, “Jeremiah 4:23-26, Isaiah 24:1 and 45:18, clearly indicate that the earth had undergone a cataclysmic change as the result of divine judgment. The face of the earth bears everywhere the marks of such a catastrophe. There are not wanting intimations which connect it with a previous testing and fall of angels. See Ezekiel 28:12-15 and Isaiah 14:9-14, which certainly go beyond the kings of the Tyre and Babylon.” (Scofield reference Bible, page 3, footnote 3).
Contrary to popular thought, Satan lived on the earth and not in heaven. Lucifer (Satan’s name before the fall) was ruling over the original earth. All of God’s angels were living on the original earth. In Isaiah chapter 14 we have the five “I wills” of Satan. This passage reveals that when Satan fell he was ruler here on the earth. Satan said, “I will ascend into heaven.” He was obviously not in heaven. Satan said, “I will exalt my throne above the stars of God.” He was a ruler and was below the stars on the earth. Satan said, “I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation in the side of the North.” The Bible hints that heaven is in the North and Satan wanted to go there. Satan said, “I will ascend above the heights of the clouds.” Satan was below the clouds on the earth. Also, II Corinthians 4:4 identifies Satan as the “God of this world.”
God judged the earth (Genesis 1:2) when Lucifer took one-third of God’s angels in a rebellion against God. The earth was flooded and submerged with water and was in darkness. Scientists tell us that if our sun’s light were cut off from the earth for as little as 72 hours that our earth would quickly become frozen. Perhaps this would explain the ice ages. Perhaps this might explain the mammoths found quick frozen in Siberian earth with undigested vegetation still in their stomachs. Petroleum is the fossilized remains of animal life. Coal is the fossilized remains of plant life. Was this from the original earth? Perhaps many fossils are from the animal life from the original earth created prior to Adam & Eve.
Genesis is the book of beginnings. It records not only the beginning of the heavens and the earth, and of plant, animal, and human life, but also of all human institutions and relationships. Here we have the new birth pictured. Just as the earth was created, it was judged. Then a new creation was necessary. In seven days, as described in Genesis 1:3-31, God remade the earth and placed man in dominion over the earth. Adam was created, he sinned, and then he was judged. A new birth became necessary.
Jesus said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3).” A new birth is the only way into heaven. Human works and effort are all ruled out. As sin brought judgment, in the case of the earth and Adam, only God could provide redemption.
Jesus told how to receive the new birth in John 3:14-16. “As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Unless you trust Jesus Christ as your Saviour, you will perish. Trust Christ and receive the gift of God-eternal life (Romans 6:23).
