What did Paul meant in (1cor 11;3-15) by addressing women to cover their hairs, and admonishing men not to keep a long hair?

During worship, men ought not to cover their heads, while women ought to.
The head of the man is Christ and the bible says that it is a disgrace for a man to cover his head. So basically when he covers his head, he dishonors Christ.
The head of the woman is man, and woman has an obligation to a man, that’s why she should cover her head. The bible says that it a disgrace for a woman not to cover her head, so she ought to wear a veil.
