Yes. Like in Acts 2:7-11. With special emphases on verse 8.
verse does not seem to be the norm for tongues. The norm is I Cor 14:2
When in Memphis T. L. Lowery was having fun slaying people and trying to see how high a pile of people he could build. He was laughing. On that occasion my sister, Linda Sharp, promptly got up and walked out of the service.
It was a disgrace. It was entertaining to the gathered COG people (maybe 150 in an auditorium that could hold several thousand people. I got the idea that T.L. knew the service had no impact on the city so he just decided to entertain.
Here we go again. Attacking a man who cant defend himself.
How is what you are doing productive?
God knows!

If GOD knows, what purpose does it serve to tell everybody else?
God reveals these things to his prophets and the task of the prophet is to proclaim what he has heard and seen.
