The search for new leadership in this capacity will be difficult. It should be handled with great care and concern … and much prayer. You have posed an important question, Charles. Whomever is chosen will have some large shoes to fill in so many respects. My prayer is that the school of religion will be given adequate attention by any new Presidential figure. The future of the Church of God depends on a strong training institution for its young ministers coming into the local congregations. Thanks for your question. Now you have my opinion, for what it’s worth. God bless Lee University!

PTS has taken the ministerial reins and LU could go full blown liberal arts university to build prestige

Dr. M. Thomas Propes, World Misions Leader would be a good one. He used to could shell the corn, when it came to preaching. He definitely wasn’t a talker. I attended his father-in-law’s church.

Many could replace him but no one could take his place! He has the call gift passion contacts and hopefully many more years to serve and take Lee to ever greater heights!
