    trial of General Overseer Robert White, which they decided White was guilty of insubordination. They revoked his ministerial credentials. It was basically because they wanted White to agree not to run his name in the up-coming General Assembly and he refused them. Hughes then finished out White’s remaining term of about 4-6 weeks and then at the General Assembly that August, they elected Paul Walker as the new GO. They later gave White back his ministerial credentials. He pastored in Texas for a while.

    The Assistant GO was Ray Hughes. Raymond Culpepper headed up the trial board.

    He is now an international evangelist for the COG.
