A Neglected Kingdom?

The only 3 times Jesus spoke about love in the Synoptic Gospels: 

1. affirming the Golden Rule

2. loving your enemies

3. forgiving of debts

The Synoptic Gospels show Jesus only teach about love 3 times. But they show Jesus spoke about the Kingdom of God 100 times. 

Is the Kingdom neglected in peoples minds & focus?
