    Are you better then them?

    GOD DOES NOT CHANGE

    MAN DOES

WE SHALL NEVER JUDGE EACH OTHER, ONLY GIVE TRUTH, after that point what you do with the truth is between you and GOD ultimately.

THE FLESH WANTS WHAT THE FLESH WANTS.

  11. Andrew Lilee says:

    No.

They new partners commit adultery with eachother. The bible gives clear guidelines on this exact situation and it’s actually shocking how everyone in here is condoning this.

If you get divorced the only solution towards marriage is to be reconciled to your original spouse.

To the married I give this charge (not I, but the Lord): the wife should not separate from her husband (but if she does, she should remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband), and the husband should not divorce his wife.

    1 Corinthians 7

If someone has a Biblical Divorce, then yes, getting married again is allowed. If anyone wants to discuss this offline, send me your name and number and the best time to call you:

Remember, divorce is always sin, but it is NOT always sin to the innocent party. And while I am not suggesting it happens often, some divorces do have an innocent party.

  39. Sheila Anne says:

Your marriage is between you and God. Talk to him about it. Has your spouse broken his vows before God?

  40. Steve Sears II says:

Well, as someone who is divorced and a Christian, I have spoken with many pastors, and read books to research what God’s Word says on the subject of divorce. God hates it. Thats the long and short of it. When the Jewish leaders asked Jesus his thoughts on divorce he was clear in stating that what God as brought together, no man should tear asunder. Then they pressed him further regarding what Moses said about giving your wife a certificate of divorce. Jesus goes on to explain that Moses permited this because he understood the hardening of their hearts. This part always confused me. But I’ve come to understand that the one with a hardened heart should be the one giving the other a certificate of divorce. In other words, if the the one initiating the divorcing is unsaved, then the other, if saved may go. But, if the unsaved spouse does not want a divorce, than the saved spouse should stay. Elsewhere, I belive Paul says the unsaved spouse has grace credited to them for having a saved spouse. Now what about remarriage for the saved divorcee? Elsewhere, Paul states that the widowed and divorced should remain single. He also says that if there is adultery, the injured party may divorce and should stay single but may remarry if they wish. Hope this helps. If you’re contemplating divorce, I’ll leave you with a story of a couple I once heard about. The husband had been cheating on his wife. The wife found out and was crushed but she chose to have faith and eventually invited the other woman to come into the house. The wife then cooked and cleaned for both of them. It wasn’t long before this creeped the mistress out so much that she left and the husband was so moved by what his wife did, he gave his life to Christ and was a new creation. Something to think about.
