Awakening Prayer in January 2011
Saturday Night Prayer. On Saturday nights (Jan. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29) at 6:30 p.m., the Royal Ridge Church of God sanctuary will be opened for an hour of prayer. Attention will be given to praying over prayer requests that have come in during the week. Intercessors will also devote time to praying for the following day of services.
Awakening Prayer for 2011. On Jan. 2 at 6:30 p.m. this special prayer service will be conducted at Royal Ridge Church of God in Scarborough, Maine. The service will be conducted along a Worship and Intercession format with worship being led by Jonathan Zajas, worship leader from Full Life Assembly of God in Franklin, Tennessee. We will be focusing on the following prayer themes:
- Prayer for One Another
- Prayer for Israel
- Prayer for America
- Prayer for the Harvest
- Prayer for Church Leaders
- Prayer for the Rising Generation
- Prayer for Revival and Spiritual Awakening

Seminar: Becoming a House of Prayer. On Jan. 9, 16, 23 and 30 at 6:30 p.m., I will be delivering the same seminar and material that I have been teaching across the nation over the past ten years.
21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. Jan. 10-30. Throughout the Church of God, our congregations are encouraged to participate in this extended "season" of prayer. We will be giving special attention to this emphasis at Royal Ridge Church of God. Here are a few helpful websites to help you prepare:

Minnesota Prayer Summit. Jan. 14-15. Together with Bishop Randy and Kathy Hamon, I will be facilitating this time of God-encounter with Minnesota's pastors and leaders.
Northern New England Pastoral Covenant Group. Jan. 20-22. Lead pastors serving Church of God congregations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont will convene at Royal Ridge Church of God in Scarborough, Maine for three days of fellowship, prayer and ministry development.
Pastors Prayer Partners. With the assistance of Jerry Gerlach, Royal Ridge Church of God is launching a new prayer ministry partnership between members of the congregation and the lead pastor.
