Bishop Sean O’Neal congratulates the Dixon Pentecostal Research Center on our 50th Anniversary of ministry to the Church of God and Pentecostal/Charismatic Movement. Dr. O’Neal is Administrative Bishop for the Church of God in California/Nevada and a member of the Church of God International Executive Council. A leader in church planting and revitalization, he understands the vital necessity of building on the foundation of our Pentecostal heritage.
