Arrangements have been announced regarding the funeral for Rev. Carl Richardson, who passed away Thursday, April 4: A public visitation will take place on Thursday, April 11 at Plant City Church of God in Plant City, Florida from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m.
