Is it right to say to be flexible or silent regarding our religion, by quoting Matthew 10:16. Many christian people or even pastors dont speak out about christianity because it may become religio political issue. Anyone help me out what to do in such situation.

When we discuss a topic, we always inclined to concretized our disputation by way of citing books or other references. How can we know that our viewpoint is authentic ? What would be the criterion or precept in choosing the most authoritative books or references ?
