   I am not a admin but depends if the admin/mods are on, and yes you do get a notification if it is declined (with feedback if admin deems fit)

   I have only seen an admin post once, they their feeling hurt when calvinism was 9reached against for the heresy that it is.

   Idk. All I know is I submitted a post days ago. It said submitted for approval and nothing happened.
   I submitted THIS post for approval, and it was up almost immediately.
