From time to time I have mentioned that I listen to a lot of COG sermons over the internet, they are there on ustream, youtube and on the church’s website. Here are five subjects that I have not yet heard brought up and or preached on in any meaningful way.
1. Nothing on drugs, either legal or illegal. Since the trillions spent on these two items divert money away from the church and often cripple it’s members you would think it would be a frequent subject. 2. Nothing about excessive riches or extreme poverty and yet the bible deals with both. 3. Violence in the movies and on T V, need we say more? Think of how it’s contributed to immorality in our time. 4. Juvenile delinquency, oh how we need meaningful sermons and discussions for our families so that they can build strong homes. 5. The widespread boredom that is all around us; how can we organize this boredom into constructive activity?
