How about Holy Communion since we can not meet physically as believers..Can it be administered at home??

Communion is an ordinance that was given to the church by Christ. Therefore it is to take place with fellow believers so no.

We did exactly that on sunday. 2nd week of Online services…we did communion. It was very cool. Facebook live..then we saved to YouTube channel

Which does not give the authority to administer the sacraments. The new testament pristhood of believers is not like the old testament sacrificial.

Our priest-in-residence (we’re between rectors) is nearly 80. No one in my parish would ask her to bebop around with the sacrament to everybody’s house. I’m sure she is caring for the seriously ill, though.

Yes my church did online service. He told us to get some matzah n juice n then he did communion from his home online n we did it with him in our houses.

The men who were at the last supper had not developed and agreed upon a “doctrine of communion” It was not a “sacrament”. It was a well know part of an ancient Jewish feast. His followers took and ate of the bread and drank of the cup because Jesus told them to. He tells us to do the same thing, to remember his broken body and shed blood for our Salvation.
We do not need the consecrated hands of a priest ordained through apostolic succession to bring the “actual presence” of Christ. If we are born again believers we have the actual presence of God living within us every moment of every day. Jesus commands us to eat and drink to remember HIS SACRIFICE on our behalf. Something we need to do now, more than ever. Even if we are alone.
