If a christian dies of a decease in his/her body no matter how decorated you maybe knowing your bible, does that tells us that maybe our understanding and application of God’s program is wrong?

Death of living things on earth is one of God’s promises. We already know and expect death and suffering here.
Disease & Suffering is of the body. Not the soul or the spirit. Only sin is the disease of the soul. Death includes Pain as well.

Sin brings diseases and death and we all suffer until we get our new bodies. Can’t wait.

Anyone who preaches that disease is a punishment is not preaching truth. Paul’s affliction was for humility and sanctification. There are many, many reasons a Christian suffers, and punishment, though sometimes may be the reason, should not be our only thought. But, we can be certain that God has a purpose and that He will walk us through it.

Creation was curse because of original sin. Sin and death will still remain until Christ’s return. Life is according to G-d’s will so abundance is not equal to wants or riches but what you need. Healing is also according to H-s will. So to live is great but to die for Christ is also good. Those into the prosperity gospel usually burn out because of false expectations related to wealth and health.
Without any other context “life in abundance” sounds like the Prosperity Gospel

Your Understanding is perverted not ours.
Christianity doesn’t stop the natural laws in the universe nor cure all sickness nor stop our bodily decay with aging, nor halting all corruption, wounds, or even earthly death. Does that mean miracles can’t happen? No…It simply means we live in a fallen world with natural laws and miracles are not normative. But you might ask if God can act in supernatural agency because of our prayers and faith? Yes…But it must be in accordance with God’s will. Not ours. We cannot demand of God. We only trust in Him.
So! If you equate your trust and faith in Jesus as some kind of humanistic super-power, then that is not biblical, spiritual faith in Christ – but superstition in magical protection. God is not a magic genie and Christians are not immortal on earth. We only have eternal life without sin and death in the next Life, not in this life.

But hear this my friend, have you heard of the Gospel of the kingdom of God that Jesus preached while on earth?
Well all kingdom citizens are given power over all their circumstances on earth. That’s law and its clearly mentioned in the bible. We overcome and conquer the ruling systems of the world. Our King gave us dominion over everything on the earth. God gave us laws and rights and we petition our king claiming our rights and His promise believing and we receive what we ask. Our king is a faithful God. Faithful to HIS words.

The only fall the bible mentions is the fall of mankind. Adam. When God’s spirit departed from Adam, the connection to the kingdom of heaven was no more. The Good news is Jesus came to earth to restore what Adam fell from bringing with him a government upon His shoulders that’s why Jesus was preaching one Gospel and it was about the kingdom of God.

For this covid I don’t think so. If you’re healed you have a purpose to testify and witness, but if someone who have faith in Jesus dies I believe he goes to Heaven, not everyone has the same level of faith for different works. I mean faith for healing, speaking in tongues, exorcing etc.
God uses all bad things for good, we might not see how but He does. The reason why we disease exists is because we live in a fallen world. God is not required to heal everyone, the ultimate healing is dying and going to heaven because we gain our perfect body there.
Life of grace and abundant grace.
God promises abundance of life in His Kingdom, not in this world. If it were abundance of life in this world which of the martyred Apostles and Disciples would you say were wrong?
It’s not a program. It’s a relationship.
Understanding death. Our bodies are but shells that contain life and all that life is. Life is eternal the body is mortal. When the body dies it returns to dust. But the life returns to God it is His life lent to us. That life contains a soul and a spirit which God can separate.
1Th_5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This is why you can be dead while you walk the earth and alive after your body has expired.

2 Corinthians 5:17 declares that you are a new creature in Christ Jesus, old things are passed away, behold ALL things have been made new. We are as Christians called the children of Abraham, because he had faith and believed God even though he never saw the promise that God gave him. His promise came to pass after his death (father of many nations). So, God says we are new, we are healed, then we are. We have the faith to choose to believe even though we don’t see it. Sometimes it manifest and people are physically healed and sometimes not. But God already sees us as healed. The bible declares to “walk by faith, not by sight”. So we stand as Abraham did on faith and believe until it is manifested in our bodies. In the end, if we die in our sickness, we are ultimately healed. No more sickness or desiese. Be blessed
