Nope. Look at Ezekiel 28:2 and you’ll see it’s about the king or ruler of Tyre.

Here is the beginning of verse 12:
“Son of man, take up a lament for the king of Tyre and tell him that this is what the Lord GOD says . . .”
This is verse 2:
“Son of man, tell the ruler of Tyre that this is what the Lord GOD says:
Your heart is proud,
and you have said,
‘I am a god;
I sit in the seat of gods
in the heart of the sea.’
Yet you are a man and not a god,
though you have regarded your heart as that of a god.”
In this verse, the King of Tyre is reminded of the fact that he is a man. Although he thought of himself as a god, and said it in his own heart, he is just a man, not a god.
The first part of chapter 28:1-11 is a picture of the AntiChrist. The second part 28:12-19 is a picture of Lucifer as the original high priest in heaven! It parallels Exodus 28 and the priestly robes, but only has 9 stones? Interesting but another study! Anointed cherub ordained all words used to clarify specific office!
