Is Jesus the Father or are they distinct persons? Is God a moralist God manifesting Himself in different forms or is Jesus the 2nd person in the Godhead who pre-existed the incarnation, became a man, died and rose again in the flesh as God our Lord and Savior?
Did you mean “is God a modalist God”?
I have seen many modalist defenses on here but none of them is convincing. They also seem to rely heavily on the KJV versus other versions of the Bible.
Jesus is not the father. even though he says “to have seen me is to have seen the father” he qualifies this in the next verse “I am in the father and the father is in me” Jesus is the “very image” of the father. heb 1;1-2.
