LORD, I’M AMAZED BY YOU
LORD, I’M AMAZED BY YOU!

[Abba Father, I am amazed that you love me, and I’m so grateful that you do!] “Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: WHILE WE WERE STILL SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!” (Rom. 5:7-9) [We have obtained our being from the immeasurable source of everlasting life: we are sustained by the constant energy of the our Almighty God: his glories are infinite and eternal, and our obedience and service for Him, however exceptional in themselves, and profitable to others, HAVE ADDED NOTHING, AND CAN ADD NOTHING, to the absolute excellences and glories of our God. You are awesome and amazing Abba Father! Jesus said:] “So you also, WHEN YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU WERE TOLD TO DO, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have ONLY DONE OUR DUTY.’” (Luke 17:10) [It is ALWAYS ALL ABOUT the awesomeness of the Lord God almighty, it is never about us!] “Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: “YOU ARE WORTHY, OUR LORD AND GOD, TO RECEIVE GLORY AND HONOR AND POWER, FOR YOU CREATED ALL THINGS, AND BY YOUR WILL THEY WERE CREATED AND HAVE THEIR BEING.” (Rev. 4:9-11) [Again I say: YOU ARE AMAZING ABBA FATHER!] “Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. They encircled the throne and the living creatures and the elders. In a loud voice they were saying: “WORTHY IS THE LAMB, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!” Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “TO HIM WHO SITS ON THE THRONE AND TO THE LAMB BE PRAISE AND HONOR AND GLORY AND POWER, FOR EVER AND EVER!” (Rev. 5:11-13) [O, how important is it for us to offer our praise and thanksgiving NOW!]
Be blessed as you praise The Lord, knowing that THE LAMB IS WORTHY, TO RECEIVE POWER AND HONOR AND GLORY AND PRAISE!
