Mt Sinai church of God in Foxworth Mississippi celebrates it’s 100th year in January 2017.
The church was organized January 1917.
We are planning a big deal to give the glory to God. Allot of people have passed through these doors in almost 100 years ( this of course is not the original building, but it sure is the same spot the first church stood on ) . I have the honor of being the pastor of this great church.

There is a former district Overseer and pastor of Mt Sinai COG who was mentored by Warren Evans ( he brought Pentecost to Marion county Ms early 1900s came from Florida ).
His name is I believe Q. C. Dunaway ( Quincy ) he died in 1933 I think. The tombstone is dated and hard to read. This dear servant of the Lord body is at rest in the Mt Sinai COG cemetery.
